Renovation of a old stonehouse near Castelletto D´erro

Initially the house was built as the local school in the area. No one had used the place for many years when we found it. Many of the local farmers had gone to school there when they were young. The house and the ground was totally overgrown with trees and bushes. It was a stone house, but they were covedred with a thick layer of plaster. The roof was collapsed in many places. The house was a mess. However, the position was there and there was a chance to create something unique. The renovation took 14 months and included landscaping and the pool.
