Beautiful small romantic house

The owners are a lovely couple without children. They love food & wine and they were dreaming of finding a location where they felt that they were almost in the vineyards. No neighbours, no noise from a busy road and wonderful views. Not a big house but high quality work and very low maintenance. When we found the plot near Castelboglione I knew that this was the ideal spot. The house is “only” 130 sqm so in order to not waste valuable space for a staircase we decided to design the house with just the ground floor level. This was a clever solution as the very high ceilings (6 meters) in the open kitchen/dining/livingroom area leaves you with a very spacious feeling. With 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it is perfect for the owners as it allows them to have friends and family to come and stay. Not to mention the fact that also rent out the house to families of 4-5 people.
