This charming stone house is situated close to the village of Rooaverano. It is in a superb position and has a lovely view of the surrounding hills. It needs extensive renovating. The land encircling the property contains 10 hectares of wood. Roccaverano lies in the Langhe, 800 metres above sea level, and is famous for prestigious Italian wines such as Barolo, Barbaresco, Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, and Barbera. It is renowned for its “Robiola”, a soft cheese that is produced with goat’s milk by the municipal dairy and other small producers. Roccaverano is the seat of the Langa Astigiana consortium of communes in mountain areas. This quaint little village lies in a very quiet location and makes an ideal setting for walking or horse riding.

After renovation the house will consist of 210-230 m2 of living area with the possibility of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen/dining room, small living room, laundry etc. There is good space for a pool as well.
