Renovation of the family Bjørn’s stonehouse near Roccaverano!

Perhaps you have read the articles in Berlingske Tidende in the spring of 2009, where a series of articles followed the renovation of this lovely stone house? Beautifully situated on a 30,000 m2 plot built up in terraces, it was an exciting challenge to rebuild this stone house. We knew in advance that Erik Bjørn & his wife were very critical, but that really only made the whole process even more exciting, since it’s always nice to work with people who demand quality, but in a nice way!

We also knew that the family wanted an old stone house on the outside, but on the inside it had to be modern and contrast with the old stones. An unconventional solution, but as the pictures show, the result has been fantastic and it has clearly been a project that has taught us a lot and made us think in new ways.
