Casa Castelboglione

On a lovely sloping piece of land near Castelboglione. A charming new build stone house. The land was a mix of a vineyard and trees. No building was ever constructed here before. Yet we managed to get all the building permissions in order from the commune (something that we make sure that we always have in place before taking any clients to the site).

The client wanted a mix of old and new materials with lots tiled areas around the pool. The wine cellar (“la cantina”) is constructed into the hill side.
