Close to Denice – excellent views – lots of sqm

With more than 50.000 m2 of land and the opportunity to build a house of 250 m2 plus garage and a pool here is plenty of space. The ground is best descibed as “wild nature” with bushes and trees. As you can see from the pictures there is a large flat area around the house, which will be perfect for the pool, terrace etc.

Very close (less than 1 km) to the small typical mountain village Denice. 12 km to Acqui and less than 45 minutes to the ocean. Complete privacy with arrival from a private gravel road. No neighbours or anything else that will disturb you. Just silence and yet close to everything. The views towards the valley and the surrounding hills are excellent.

The old rustico was originally a typical Piemontese stonehouse. It will have to be demolished completely, but as many of the old materials as possible will be reused for the rebuilding of the house. This in order to reestablish the original touch and feel of the house. We have done this several times before and at the end it is difficult to see the difference from an old original house and a new rebuild house. I will of course be happy to show you a couple of finished houses if and when you come to Piemonte.

The final design of the house will be developed in close collaboration with a local geometre and myself.

In my opinion, this is a great location for someone who does not want to spend to much on the initial purchase.
