- I help with tax registration in Italy (Codice fiscale) and possibly the establishment of bank accounts
- I establish contact and assist in dialog with notaries and possibly lawyers in connection with purchase contracts and deed writing
- I assist with electricity, water and gas supply contracts as well as property taxes, renovation, etc.
- I will be present at the notary

I offer to help you through the process of developing and remodeling your house, including:
- The ongoing dialog with the architect/geometra for the preparation
of drawings, obtaining building permits and supervision during
construction. - Assistance with the preparation of tender documents and
obtaining tenders - Qualified assessment and negotiation of tenders
- Ongoing dialog with trade supervision during the construction
phase, holding construction meetings and various coordination of
craftsmen - Take you to different places so you can choose all the fittings for your house
- I will be your personal sparring partner & promise to come up with exciting creative ideas for your house
- Ensuring progress and, not least, detailed follow-up on the
financial aspects of the construction - I will take you to see current building projects as well as previous to give you an idea of the quality of work, but also to inspire you
